Getting Started

The Oak app is available exclusively on iOS devices through the Apple App Store. Simply search for "Oak Daycare Management" in the App Store and tap "Get" to download. The app is free to download, with subscription plans available for full functionality.

After downloading the app, open it and tap "Create Account." You'll need to provide your daycare center information, contact details, and choose a subscription plan. Once your account is created, you can start adding students and staff members.

To get started, you'll need:

  • Daycare center name and address
  • Contact information (email, phone)
  • Payment method for subscription
  • Basic student information (names, ages, emergency contacts)
  • Staff member details

Account Management

To change your subscription plan, go to Settings > Subscription in the app. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

You can cancel your subscription through the App Store settings on your device, or by contacting our support team at support@oakdaycare.com. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

Features & Functionality

Staff can check children in and out using the app by scanning a QR code or entering a unique identifier. Parents receive instant notifications when their child is checked in or out. All check-in/check-out data is automatically recorded and can be accessed in reports.

Use the messaging feature to send individual or group messages to parents. You can send text messages, photos, and important announcements. Parents will receive these messages through the parent app or via email/SMS notifications.

Navigate to the Billing section in the app to generate invoices and reports. You can create monthly statements, track payments, and export data for accounting purposes. The system automatically calculates fees based on attendance and your pricing structure.
